ACAI - THE HEALTHIER ALTERNATIVE
Açaí is a nutrient-rich berry that grows on palm trees in the Amazon rainforest in Brazil. These dark purple berries are packed with antioxidants, fibre, healthy fatty acids (omega-9 and omega-6), as well as essential vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A and C, calcium and iron.
At OAKBERRY, we harvest açaí sustainably and use it as the main ingredient in our açaí sorbet a delicious and natural blend of guarana (also a fruit from the Amazon), water, agave syrup and a touch of brown sugar. Our açaí is 100% organic, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and made exclusively from natural ingredients.
OAKBERRY açaí is packed with energy and perfect for on the go when you need a healthier alternative, whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dessert
OAKBERRY Nordic
The Danish franchise was launched with racing driver Kevin Magnussen at the helm, who came up with the idea after his team at the time was sponsored by OAKBERRY.
Kevin was so keen on the product that he decided to bring it to Denmark himself. Kevin teamed up with Lauritz Lynglund and Marcus Hjerrild, who together had around 20 years’ experience in the Copenhagen café and restaurant industry.
OAKBERRY opened its first shop in Denmark on Gammel Kongevej in December 2023. Since then, three more have opened in Copenhagen: in Østerbro, at Fields and on Grønnegade in Copenhagen K.
In 2025, we opened our first shop in Norway on Storgata in Oslo, and 2026 will see many more new and exciting locations, including Stavanger, Aalborg, Malmö and Gothenburg.
